41 Deaths in 35 Days
A total of 8 Police Officials, 5 Children and 28 Civilians have died so far in Nepal amid constitution drafting process.
Several of these deaths were not related to protests at all. For example, children were killed while playing in their homes, by protesters and Nepal Police. Similarly, civilians were killed when they were not part of protests at all. Likewise, a policeman inside an ambulance vehicle was killed en route to a hospital. All of these deaths need to be investigated soon and measures need to be taken to prevent further casualties.
