The distribution of emergency relief aid by THRDA has been made possible due to a ‘United Effort to Help People in Crisis’, supported financially by several organizations including Madhesi Youth, ANTA, Help Madhes, and Code for Nepal among others.

THRDA conducted a medical camp to benefit 109 flood affected individuals in Kathari. Around 95% of beneficiaries were from Rishidev communities (Mushar) and some were from Rajbanshi community. Both of these communities are marginalized in Nepal.

We express our sincere gratitude to THRDA and our donors for making emergency aid distribution possible to families affected by devastating floods in Nepal.
